SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Niquelle is a made to order brand and we want to insure that our trendsetters are getting exactly what they want/paid for, we ask our clients to allow up to 7 to 14 business days for his/her order to be shipped. Some products may be able to ship faster than others however our standard is 7-14 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Niquelle offers made to order products, Niquelle does not accept returns. We ask that our clients know their exact measurements and refer to our sizing chart. Exchanges are only allowed for non made to order apparel such as logo tshirts and accessories. If a client is unsatified with the fit of a garment, he/she may request further tailoring for an additional fee. Clients have up to 30 days to submit futher tailoring request and/or exchange non custom apparel.
