SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Niquelle is a made to order brand and we want to insure that our trendsetters are getting exactly what they want/paid for, we ask our clients to allow up to 14 business days for his/her order to be produced and shipped and 3-7 business days for delivery. Some products may be able to ship faster than others however our standard is 14 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
Niquelle garments are made to order, Niquelle does not accept returns. We ask that our clients know their exact measurements and refer to our sizing chart. Exchanges are only allowed for non made to order apparel such as logo t-shirts and samples. If a client is unsatisfied with the fit of a garment, he/she may request further tailoring for an additional fee. Clients have up to 30 days to submit further tailoring request and/or 7 days to exchange non custom merchandise.
