  • If a sample item in a collection sells out, will it be restocked?"
    Niquelle samples are exclusive and offered as a 1 of 1. In the event that a sample garment sells out in a collection, the item will not be restocked. The best advice is to purchase it while supplies last.
  • Can I get something customized that is not offered in a collection?
    Yes you can. For all customized orders please refer to our contact page or email niquelles@yahoo.com and our head designer will contact you about the order details. Please note that any and all consultations start at $50
  • Where can I find the care instructions for garments?
    For specific care instructions please refer to indivdual product pages. You will also receive a Care Instruction Card with your order to help you preserve your garment.
  • Does Niquelle practice Sustainabilty?
    Yes, Niquelle uses the zero waste method when construstructing garments and reuses scraps of fabrics to create new garments.
  • What is Niquelle's return policy?
    All of our garments are made to order for each of our clients and for this reason, Niquelle does not accept returns. We ask our clients to know their exact measurements or get professionally measured and refer to our sizing chart before ordering. Niquelle does accept exchanges only on non made to order garments such as brand logo shirts and samples. If you have any questions about sizing or need assistance with an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@niquelle.com.
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Each Niquelle garment is handcrafted just for you. All made to order garments will take at least 14 business days for production before shipping. Once your garment has been completed and shipped, it will typically take an additional 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, production and shipping times may be longer. For more information on shipping and returns, please refer to our shipping/return policy page.
  • How do I become a Brand Amabassador or Model?
    Brand Ambassador Recruitment occurs annually at the end of each year. If you are interested in becoming a brand ambassador or model for Niquelle, you can go to our contact page or email us at niquelles@yahoo.com and express your interest.
